Squirrel Hill Health Center provides patient-driven, high-quality, comprehensive, primary and preventive healthcare and support services, without regard for patients' insurance status or ability to pay.

Squirrel Hill Health Center is a "federally qualified health center" established in 2006 to provide high quality care to all, regardless of income level or insurance status. Services include comprehensive, integrated primary and preventive medical, behavioral health and dental care for patients of all ages and backgrounds; prenatal care; geriatrics; lab services; access to affordable medications; interpretation; house calls; and extensive care coordination. SHHC is funded through direct federal grants, insurance revenue and private donations.
