St. Cecilia Cathedral Parish, School, and Childcare

The Cathedral is the home, heart and foundation of the entire Omaha Archdiocese. Everyone is welcome to worship at our daily masses and the sacraments, and key Archdiocesan celebrations. We Encounter Jesus!

Saint Cecilia Grade School welcomes a diverse group of students each day in prekindergarten through 8th grade. Our mission is to teach and live the Catholic faith in a family-like community, to teach reverence for life and respect for all, and to foster each student's academic potential. We Equip Jesus' Disciples!

The heart of Saint Cecilia is the people. Every parishioner is invited to become a part of parish life through ministries, activities and committees. So many in our Parish community volunteer to minister serve people throughout the Omaha area and northeast Nebraska. We Live Mercy!

For this year's Day of Giving, we focus on two ongoing projects, or your choice of designated need. Our "Fund the Future" campaign this year is focused on upgrading our security cameras and perimeter security at our school and across the Saint Cecilia campus to provide greater safety for our children, our employees, our worshippers, and our visitors - gifts of $1000 or more will qualify for matching by our generous anonymous donor from Comedy & Cuisine!

Construction will begin shortly on "Complete the Vision," our Cathedral Plaza & Garden Project. Become a Cathedral Builder through a gift today. Any gift is welcome - the first 15 gifts of $1000 will be matched by a generous anonymous donor!
