Mission: To drive local innovation and inspire community action through the support and empowerment of Arizona entrepreneurs and nonprofit organizations. Vision: To foster a vibrant and prosperous Arizona that puts local business and community enrichment at the forefront.

Founded in 2020 by the state-centric apparel brand, State Forty Eight, the State Forty Eight Foundation was created to fulfill a vision of a prosperous Arizona that places local business and community enrichment at the forefront.

Arizona is experiencing a boom in startups and small businesses resulting from both job losses and the new ambitions of individuals pursuing their passion. The importance of a thriving small-business ecosystem cannot be overstated. The way we see it, the success of Arizona's small businesses is crucial to the vitality of those individuals, our communities and the local economy. That is why we've made it our mission to support Arizona entrepreneurs and its startup community through educational events, access to resources and small-business grant funding.

And because we can… each year we strive to bolster the efforts of other Arizona nonprofit organizations through Impact Days, our volunteer-driven events which benefit the community at large.

Since our inception, State Forty Eight Foundation has engaged with more than 500 entrepreneurs (and counting), hosted 350 volunteers at our Impact Day events, and provided over $37,000 in grant funding to local Arizona entrepreneurs.
