In addition, we provided access to Flu shots, COVID-19 FLU screening/testing and metro market "grocery store on wheels" produce with the 4th Thursday of each month serving residents at our 11642 West Florissant location (not counted) to better serve north county residents impacted by COVID-19. We remain grateful to the St. Louis Community Development Administration for their funding support. Other partners included: Compass Laboratory, Stop the Bleed, Mask and Sanitizer Store, Deaconess Foundation, Operation Food Search, St. Louis Area Foodbank, WIC and St. Louis Area Diaper Bank, all since May.

PCAC with the help of Community has served 73,800 individuals since its inception as a catalyst fighting to end poverty as committed to its mission and charge as an anti-poverty institution.

PCAC is funded by the Community Service Block Grant and other community resources to leverage the governmental allocation for optimal results in achieving better quality of life while fighting poverty.
In 2021, PCAC hopes to initiate two new projects that focus on social justice including assisting young residents with how to obtain legal representation, how to talk to the police, navigating the legal system, what to do when you are pulled over, plea negotiations and others, to empower low income residents after confrontation with the law. The second project is to provide support services for families hardest impacted by the pandemic in regard to stay at home orders and the mental health consequences. We hope to provide access to a virtual learning center for families suffering with the digital divide without access to quality internet as well providing "hot spots" to families in need for a year. This will augment PCAC's other service provision, including free tax preparation, utility assistance, and rent/mortgage assistance to prevent COVID-19 related evictions.

We have initiated a service hotline, targeting the need for a behavioral health consultant as needed. Our virtual learning environment will be a web-based platform for the digital aspects of courses that will provide resources, activities and interactions and provide for the different stages of assessment for both the parent and child and that education and access have the power to promote diversity, inclusion and equality. In addition education well-check services will be available to students by providing a virtual success coach for remote learning students who are disengaged or struggling academically. Services include two generation counseling, COVID-19 screening daily and primary care referrals.

For the purpose of compliance with Section 511 of Public Law 101-166 (the Stevens Amendment), federal funds of $1,346,456 provides approximately 51% of the support of these programs. Approximately 49% of the costs for this program are dependent upon non-government funding sources.
