Tri-County Community Action Program, Inc. (TCCAP) is proud to be one of over 1,000 Community Action Agencies across the country working to eliminate the causes and conditions of poverty. Since 1965, we have provided real, local solutions for individuals and families across Coös, Carroll, and Grafton Counties.

Each year, more than 25,000 individuals and families - 1 in 6 community members - turn to TCCAP for support. For many, our programs represent the difference between crisis and stability, or surviving and thriving.

Our mission is to provide opportunities that strengthen communities by improving the lives of low- to moderate-income families and individuals. We envision a region where all people are empowered to create vibrant communities and achieve self-sufficiency.

Guided by these values, TCCAP remains rooted in compassion and fueled by community. We are committed to building a stronger, healthier, and more equitable North Country where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

*Covers 4,455 square miles of NH (several programs serve broader areas in NH)

*Provides assistance to more than 27,000 NH citizens annually
*Mobilizes over 1,000 volunteers
*Maintains 48 Service Center Sites across three counties
*Administers 55 programs
*Has as its primary service area: Coös, Carroll, and Grafton Counties
*Is a multi-purpose, social service, & advocacy agency
*Has an annual budget of just over $18 million from Federal, State, local government, and private sources
