Hallie's Heroes

Hallie's Heroes and partners have had 5,426 bone marrow donor registrants. Since the birth of Hallie's Heroes, we have been able to match 58 bone marrow donors to patients, with 8 going to collections. Through fund raising, we are afforded the opportunity to offer scholarships to other DBA/childhood cancer families and help fund research.

Our Needs

Financially we continue to raise money to help fund research for Diamond Blackfan Anemia (DBA) and childhood cancers while also offering financial assistance to families with children who have DBA or childhood cancer. With that said, the search for possible bone marrow donors to register for the National Bone Marrow Registry does not end.  As we continue to raise funds to support research and families with financial requests; our search also continues to register more people for the National Bone Marrow Registry. Our DBA & cancer children need us now more than ever.
