Seeds of Faith
Spring is in the air and as the flowers bloom, we invite you to nourish seeds of faith by making a gift to The Cloisters on the Platte.
Seeds are small, but mighty. Jesus knew this. Some of his most memorable parables incorporate imagery of seeds:
"The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed..."

"...Behold, the sower went out to sow and as he sowed, some seeds fell beside the road...others fell on the good soil..."

The stories of retreat weekends at the Cloisters reflect this same premise - something small but mighty happens on our campus 47 weekends out of the year. During each of those weekends, 80 retreatants disconnect with the busyness of the world and reconnect with God. That connection, though seemingly small, has a profound impact.
