History of the Foundation of the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce 


The Foundation of the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce (FDCCC) is a 501 (c) (3) corporation that was founded in 2003 with the generous assistance of corporate members facilitating economic growth in Delaware County and Advance Business Leadership and Education (ABLE). 

In January 2011, the FDCCC Board of Directors affirmed the Foundation mission, vision and established an operating plan. The plan outlines clear action items to fulfill the mission of enhancing the business community, while recognizing youth as the leaders of tomorrow. FDCCC supports and facilitates economic initiatives, educational programs and leadership development.

​The Foundation houses Leadership Delaware County, Youth Leadership Academy and Career Awareness. Each of these programs promote education in the community. Find more information about these programs at https://www.delcochamber.org/foundation.html.
