commitment to combat racial inequities and disparities through
legislation, restoration, and education.

As a charitable organization, "TJL" provides progressive solutions to "age-old" systemic problems within the criminal justice system using restorative practices and innovative workforce initiatives such as:  Re-Entry Mediation and Inmates & Incubators specifically designed to stabilize, "repair harm incurred" and increase "living-wage" employability of felony offenders in preparation for re-entry.
