The Way Healing Retreats - Nebraska

A nonprofit organization

The Way: A Healing Retreat for Female Survivors of Abuse and The Way:  A Healing Retreat for Male Survivors of Abuse were developed by Sue Stubbs, Victim Assistance Coordinator of the Archdiocese of Atlanta.  The Way Retreats offer a 3-day guided meditation and prayer experience for those whose abuse by another has deeply affected their heart, mind, body and soul.  Crafted around the Stations of The Cross, the retreat follows Christ through his Passion and Resurrection, as he transforms pain and suffering to new life.  Learn more about the retreat, including how past participants have described their experience at:  www.gidiocese.org/victim-assistance

"One of the biggest take-aways was the unconditional love God has for us.  It was something I always knew - that God loved me - but at the retreat that love became more real."  -Becca

Please consider donating the full cost of $250 for a participant or a donation to fund meals or materials for a participant attending this very important healing experience.

The Way Retreats are offered in Nebraska through a collaborative effort of the Diocese of Grand Island, Archdiocese of Omaha, and Diocese of Lincoln Victim Assistance Ministries.
