To empower homeless through building trusting relationships, by connecting individuals to resources, and providing support and guidance in order to accomplish lasting change.

Our commitment to building trusting, life long relationships. Consistently showing up for our clients is top priority for Bridges 2 Hope. We assist clients, at their own pace, every step of the way on their journey. We aid each client with strategies to get off the street, as well as receive medical or drug treatment.
We coordinate and bridge the gaps within existing programs and organizations that are too complicated and difficult to navigate alone. Every week, we meet people on the streets where they live. Our organization truly takes an interest in their well being.Through weekly outreach, providing a meal, hygiene and medical treatment with Volunteers In Medicine. We provide transportation to our clients for doctors appointments, DMV and social service appointments.

Bridges Volunteers

Hazard Reduction(Providing hydration during extreme weather and Narcan training)
We assist clients with applying for current ID'S, Medi- Cal, Social Security Benefits, CalFresh and more.... Volunteers assist clients with establishing health, primary and dental care.
Volunteers provide transportation and accompany, if requested, to and from medical appointments . We also transport clients to specialists or facility outside of the valley if necessary.

Assist newly housed clients with move in costs , services and provide furnishing

Thank you ladies for everything and it's an awful lot you have done for me! I'm sitting here in my little studio apartment on my soft warm bed making coffee at 5:30 in the morning I could be sitting outside freezing shivering in the dirt by the train tracks and it's an awful way to live it really is believe me I spent four or five winters out there it's hard.
