The King's Rein

A nonprofit organization

Mission: The King's Rein engages equines to help restore people's mental and emotional health, develop self-worth, confidence, trust, discipline and compassion. Through the horses and volunteers, the people who come to The King's Rein experience the healing and transforming power of love through acceptance and encouragement, realizing they have hope and a future.

The King's Rein is a Health and Human Services program provider utilizing Equine Therapy programs. We provide our services free of charge to applicants meeting the established medical criteria. Our scope of service is focused on organizations, families & individuals with mental emotional and behavioral challenges due to trauma, including; under age female victims of sex-trafficking, domestic violence, mental disorders, substance abuse recovery, healing from abortion and post-prison transitional recovery for women.

Program Approach:
The activities employed on any given day are based on the individual or
group, their capabilities, needs and desired outcome. The outreach is about
experiencing healing through relationship. We merely use horses as a
conduit to connect human-to-human and heart-to-heart.
