Paws & Hearts

"Paws & Hearts" is a leader in the field of "Animal Assisted Therapy" (AAT) and it is our mission to enrich the lives of the frail and special care cases that require the loving attention and affection that only a 'four-legged'healer can provide.

Our organization takes trained therapy dogs into local hospitals, cancer centers, long-term care facilities, special needs classes to visit with the clients and patients. We are now in our 23rd year of providing this service free of charge to facilities in the Coachella Valley. Our therapy dogs are fully temperament tested and they in-turn with their handlers (pet parents) are rigorously trained in making therapy visits.
