The Yoga Seed Collective

Yoga Seed is a unique community-based organization dedicated to restoring agency and empowering vulnerable, underserved communities through yoga and mindfulness practices. In the region, we are the leaders in trauma-informed programs, yoga and social justice, and  all-bodies trainings. What began in 2010 as an accessibility-focused yoga studio, has grown into a far reaching community of teachers and practitioners, with trauma-informed programming in schools, psychiatric hospitals, jails, recovery shelters, and office spaces.
