Third City Community Clinic

The Mission of the Third City Community Clinic is to provide FREE basic medical, dental, pharmaceutical, food pantry and community garden services to low-income individuals ineligible for medical insurance or government medical assistance.

Third City Community Clinic provides medical, pharmaceutical and dental care to low-income individuals and families in Hall, Hamilton, Merrick and Howard counties. These patients have no insurance, no government medical or dental assistance, and no funds to seek care elsewhere in our community. The clinic provides health education and referrals which result in improved health for community members most at risk. The clinic has transitioned from a a volume-based clinic to a value-based clinic so we may provide a true medical home for patients with chronic and acute problems. Our services are totally free, and each prospective patient is screened and provides proof of income in order to be seen by our volunteer physicians and dentists. The clinic receives no federal, state or city funding but relies on grants, donation and fundraisers. The philosophy of the clinic is to help those who are making a sincere effort to help themselves and their families maintain good health. The clinic provides free school and sports physicals for children in need as well. Our Clinic's goal is to promote & provide increased health equity by providing free services that will never discriminate.
