The Housing Partnership

Over the past twenty years The Housing Partnership has made a significant impact in St. Louis County. The Housing Partnership has constructed more than sixty new homes and has rehabbed seven existing homes, which have been sold to low to moderate income homeowners.

The Housing Partnership has also administered a home repair program for existing residents to make necessary repairs to their homes. Over the years, The Housing Partnership has utilized grant funds from the Federal Home Loan Bank, the Missouri Housing Development Commission and the St. Louis County Port Authority. More 150 Lemay homeowners have received needed repairs to their homes with the assistance of these funds.

The Housing Partnership is a certified HUD counseling agency with HUD Certified Housing Counselors. THP provides down payment assistance for low or moderate income first time homebuyers in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Charles County, and Jefferson County. The agency provides individual homeownership counseling to ensure each potential homeowner is equipped for all aspects of homeownership.
