Three Rivers Ringers

A nonprofit organization

Three Rivers Ringers (TRR) promotes and performs the art of handbell ringing through multiple education platforms while striving to perform at the very highest level of excellence. TRR presents 10-20 performances annually, providing both a winter and spring touring series. We present educational formats of large workshops and one-on-one intensives for the Western Pennsylvania area. We are active in the Handbell Musicians of America national organization.

Three Rivers Ringers concerts serve to enlighten and engage audiences in the art and rich history of handbells. We are dedicated to show the vast array of musical genre possible for handbell composition and arrangement. Following each concert, the audience members are invited to "visit with our bells and our musicians" as an opportunity to hold and learn techniques to bell ringing and engage with the musicians for the purposes of learning more about this truly glorious form of musical expression. TRR concert programming is selected by our Artistic Director who chooses advanced-level music written, arranged or transcribed for handbells and handchimes. Concert repertoire cross-sections genre and style. Our passion is recording these programs to make the art of handbell ringing available to the listener throughout the year anywhere in the world.
