Three Rivers Community Foundation

Three Rivers Community Foundation (TRCF) advances social change through grantmaking, advocacy, and capacity development for grassroots and other organizations. TRCF embraces and practices Change, not charity (TM) by empowering grantee organizations to ensure social, economic, and environmental justice in Southwestern Pennsylvania.

TRCF funds organizations working to create progressive social change in the 10-county Southwestern PA area. Grants are made primarily in the following fields: * Disability Rights * Economic Justice * Environmental Justice * LGBTQ Rights * Racial Justice * Women's Rights. The Foundation has one major grant program: Annual grants in the above issue areas. Grants are for up to $4,000, and can be used as project support or operating support.
