Tubac Nature Center

The Tubac Nature Center provides education and information for enhancing appreciation of the natural environment along the Santa Cruz River in Tubac, Arizona.

Current activities include bird walks, nature walks, lectures, youth education workshops and the annual Hawk Watch.

Can you imagine Tubac without the Santa Cruz River? Without the flowing river the lush greenery, big trees, most birds and other wildlife would be gone. This unique riparian ecosystem is a gift not to be squandered. The Tubac Nature Center aims to educate about and inspire increased appreciation ofthis gift, with the goal of broad-based support to protect our river and the life it nurtures.
