Who We Are

Upward Call Counseling Services is a professional faith-based agency offering counseling and education to strengthen individuals, marriages, and families, for over 25 years.​ We respect each person emotionally, relationally, and spiritually and work with each individual to reach his or her goals. Our desire is to strengthen individuals, marriages, and family units through counseling, preventative programs, and enrichment services.  We value scripture, prayer, and trusting relationships as integral components in counseling and believe that professional, Christ-centered, Biblical counseling can bring healing, holiness, and wholeness to wounded lives and relationships.​ 

Upward Call has continued to experience a significant increase in requests for our mental health services, as many individuals, couples, and families struggle to process and navigate through unprecedented change and uncertainty the last few years have brought to our communities, our nation, and the world.

It is our earnest desire to make our counseling services available to ALL who need it,
regardless of their ability to pay, through our Compassionate Care Program.

Our dedicated counselors have witnessed time and again, the beautiful transformation of broken lives who come to a place of healing and restoration through the therapeutic process. Every contribution received on November 22nd will go towards funding this much-needed program. Our goal is to raise $10,000 on November 22nd, 100% of which will go directly towards helping those who cannot afford counseling but who are greatly in need of mental health services.

Upward Call Helps Clients...

Individually. We help people gain victory over spiritual or emotional challenges.  We have counselors who specialize in childhood, adolescent, and adult issues including Anxiety, Abuse, Depression, Eating Disorders, Cutting, Addictions, Grief, OCD, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder {PTSD}.​

Relationally. Relationships are our specialty. We welcome families, couples, single parents, step-families and those divorced, widowed, or engaged to be married. We will help to resolve issues and conflicts and teach tools to maximize any relationship.​

What We Offer 

Professional counseling based on the Scriptures.

Affordable fees. In addition to fees for service, we accept insurance and offer scholarship funds for those who cannot afford full counseling fees {through our Compassionate Care Program}.

Accessible services. We have multiple convenient locations throughout Lancaster and Lebanon Counties.

Church-based. We offer training and consultation to church leaders and serve as a referral resource for congregations.

Speaker’s Bureau. Our counselors are available to speak to church and community groups on a variety of topics.
