Vet TRIIP has continued to improve our programs for veterans, service members and their families living with intense symptoms of PTSD and chronic pain.

Veterans can request services (by appointment only) at www.vettriip.org. 

We improved our IIP sessions with new and more efficient techniques
to address pain and stress, and we developed a sequence of self-care techniques
for Veterans to use as life-long daily skills.

For example, we improved our Vet TRIIP Salute technique.  We
discovered that one out of seven people report better results with the back of
their hand on the LEFT side of their neck instead of the RIGHT side—Some of us
are opposites!

Our veterans continue to report great benefits with our yoga
classes and online meditation and art classes.

Vet TRIIP is making a positive difference.

professionals and veteran peers who donate hundreds of hours of service each
month to provide these in-person programs as well as online classes and
training videos.

Vet TRIIP is a leader for providing free innovative integrative
healthcare services for veterans and their families living with intense
symptoms of combat PTSD and chronic pain.  We have reported the benefits
of these services at the 2019 and 2021 STRONG STAR Combat PTSD Conferences and
in the peer reviewed medical journal, Military Medicine.
