Through training and professional development programs, Victory Institute assists hundreds of individuals who go on to influential careers in politics, government, business and advocacy. Our work ensures LGBTQ+ leaders around the world the tools they need to run safe and effective campaigns, connects trans, non-binary and LGBTQ+ leaders of color to a network designed to help them take the next step in their political career, and assists out elected leaders with the skills and connections needed to pass pro-equality legislation.
