VGA offers a second chance education program tuition free to those who were unsuccessful in traditional public schools. Students are provided the opportunity to go further in their academic career life. VGA is building a stronger community by not only addressing poverty and social issues but also by working with young people who are passionate about their education and learning skills that will contribute to society.
