home care services for children, from newborns to youngadults. Our Maternal
Child Health nurses are skilled in performing complexmedical tasks such a
s administering intravenous treatments, chemotherapyinfusions, tracheost
omy care, gastrostomy care, drawing laboratory bloodsamples, and more!Al
lowingchildren to
stay at
home while they are ill or recovering from an injurysignificantly benefi
ts the entire family. When a child is hospitalized, parentsoften face the chall
enge of traveling daily or finding temporary housing to beby their child’s sid
e. This can take a toll on families, impacting siblings andcareer obligations.
The financial strain caused by travel, lodging, and missedwork can be overwhel
ming, putting a family’s financial stability at risk.Pediatrichome care o
