The Westmoreland Arts and Heritage Festival's mission is to present exceptional visual arts, traditional crafts, educational activities and performing artists to enlighten, entertain and enrich the community while preserving and demonstrating Pennsylvania's rich historical and living cultural heritage.

For over 43 years duing the first weekend in July, beautiful Twin Lakes Park located east of Greensburg is transformed into the setting of our four-day celebration of the arts: the Westmoreland Arts and Heritage Festival. Major attractions at the Festival include a professionally juried art exhibit, artist market, entertainment, children's area and much more.The Artist Market showcases professional craftspeople offering fine jewelry, woodworking, metals, stained glass, leather, basketry, ceramics and folk art. Live entertainment on four stages is one of the hallmarks of the Festival. Visitors enjoy non-stop contemporary, traditional, classical, and folk music. Heritage activities presented at the Festival included The 11th Pennsylvania Regiment Civil War encampment.
