Whiskers Pet Rescue is a no-kill cat rescue organization located in Southbury, Connecticut. We are a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit charity dedicated to helping cats and kittens who have been abandoned, injured, abused, or neglected.
Our passionate team of volunteers and our medical dept works tirelessly to rescue cats from communities throughout our region, provide them with medical care and support, and place them into loving forever homes. Thanks to the dedication of our volunteers and supporters, we now adopt out approximately 600 cats and kittens every year.
Whiskers Pet Rescue receives no government funding.
We rely entirely on:
Supporters’ donations
Adoption fees
Fundraisers and events
A few small grants
With veterinary care and supply costs rising dramatically, your support is more important than ever. Every donation directly helps us provide food, shelter, medical care, and love to the cats and kittens in our care.
Help Us Continue Our Mission
We are constantly rescuing new cats and kittens who need help, and we won’t rest until every one of them finds a loving forever family.
Your donation helps save lives.
Every dollar makes a difference — from providing food and litter to covering lifesaving veterinary care.
🐾 Please consider donating today and help us continue helping cats in need.
