WCN's unique approach focuses on empowering local leadership in conservation, ensuring that wildlife protection efforts are led by those who best understand the area's contexts and communities. Through our 100% model, every dollar designated for a specific species or initiative goes directly to the field, with no amount taken for overhead. This commitment to efficiency and local empowerment has established WCN as a trusted partner in global conservation efforts. Since our founding in 2002, we have raised over $370M to help protect more than 115 species across 75+ countries through our three core strategies: our Partner Network, our Wildlife Funds, and our Rising Wildlife Leaders initiative.
