$5,000 Goal

Winged Hope works to prevent family violence and provides hope and healing to those affected by family violence.

Winged Hope's programs focus on preventing and healing family violence. We serve the community in three ways: with direct victims services, by renovating and starting new Family Advocacy Centers, and by providing training around the state.

With no paid staff, Winged Hope has reached thousands of victims and survivors around Arizona.

We believe in collaborating with other non profits, government agencies, and the community at large to help spread our message of hope, and provide services to all who need us.

Testimonials

"If it wasn't for Winged Hope I know myself and my children would not be alive today. Winged Hope gave me the knowledge, strength, support, and resources to leave a Domestic Violence relationship of 4 years. First, Winged Hope's Tip Sheet showed me the 10 Signs that I was in an abusive relationship. After I recognized my children and I were in danger I followed the Safety Plan so I could leave my abuser. Now I am a survivor of 2 years and Winged Hope continues to be in my life providing exceptional support. If I didn't have Winged Hope I would not be where I am today. I am extremely grateful for Winged Hope!" ~Domestic Violence Survivor

"Thank you doesn't say enough. How can a parent express enough gratitude for saving their child's life?
You, Rachel and Angela are like angels that showed us how to find light in a very dark place. He has hopes, dreams and aspirations. He has come so far from where he was this past fall. You and winged hope have given this to him, to me, and to all the people that love him."
From the Mother of a Suicidal teen

"I wanted to take a minute and thank you for the amazing work you did here at the ASU Police Department. When something tragic has happened in a person's life we must respond with the utmost empathy and compassion possible and help them through their journey. The improvements made to our Special Victims Unit to help people feel welcome and comfortable and hopefully, for a moment, forget they are at a police station, are astounding and mean the world to us. Thank you for everything you have done for us. I know the police department and the university greatly appreciate it but more importantly I know that it will help those who will unfortunately find themselves in that space." ~ASU Police Chief Michael Thompson
