Winnsboro Historical Museum

The Winnsboro Historical Museum is dedicated to the preservation of the history of Winnsboro, Texas and the counties it resides in for the next generations.

The Winnsboro Historical Museum is open Thursday to Saturday from 10-4 pm and by appointment other times during the week. We house artifacts of Winnsboro past and are always working to learn more about the town and the families who reside in the city limits. We also help with genealogy for those looking to look up their relatives and learn more about their connection to the town. We are a hub for the preservation of the past.
