Woodford Habitat for Humanity, Inc. is the Habitat for Humanity International affiliate for Woodford County, KY. We are an all volunteer organization that seeks to build decent, safe, affordable homes for folks who would otherwise struggle to afford one. We endeavor to build at least one home per year and are about to complete construction of our 44th home. Partner families are required to provide sweat equity hours and make regular monthly payments. As is often said of Habitat we are a hand up, not a handout. This year, two families have completed their 20+ years of payments and now own their homes free and clear.
