In a world that can be void of meaning and leave them restless and dissatisfied, YCP brings together young professionals in their 20s and 30s into a community of belonging, support, and encouragement at all stages of the faith journey. YCP empowers and equips them to live their Catholic faith through everyday work, and to perform all work with excellence for the glory of God.

Through our Giving Day campaign, we aim to raise $15,000 to help strengthen our network of over 40 YCP chapters nationwide. Together, we can foster meaningful connections that inspire modern-day saints in the professional world.

Young Catholic Professionals (YCP) was founded by Jennifer Baugh, who, during a season of soul-searching, recognized the need for a community that balanced work and faith.

After gathering insights from focus groups, Jennifer launched the first YCP event in 2010, driven by a vision to support young Catholics in developing their professional skills alongside their spiritual lives. Understanding the need for such an organization, she left her consulting career to establish YCP as a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to supporting young workers.Today, YCP is a nationwide hub for professional networking and faith-based career development for Catholic young adults. Navigating faith and career in a secular world can be challenging for many recent graduates and young professionals, but YCP offers a supportive environment through national programming and local chapters. Our initiatives give a generation of restless young workers in their 20s and 30s a way to deepen their faith, foster authentic relationships, and strive for personal and professional excellence.
