Save Syrian Lives

Conflict escalations in 2018 have caused tens-of-thousands of Syrians to flee their homes for safety. SRD has received thousands of internally-displaced persons (IDPs) who, along with host communities already impacted by economic instability, need comprehensive humanitarian aid.
This Ramadan, we’re providing displaced Syrian families and host communities in Northern Syria with greater security through Food, Health, Shelter, Protection, Empowerment and more programs to address the immense needs.

what we're doing

In coordination with other NGOs and local councils, SRD is providing the following:

• At evacuation points, our medical team is providing Health and Protection services which include trauma, sexual and reproductive health (SRH), and ambulatory care. 
• At IDP reception centers and final destination points in Northern Syria, we are providing a wide range of Health, Shelter, Non-Food Items (NFI), and Protection services.
  • Our mobile medical teams are providing a range of health services at these locations.
  • We are distributing 500 NFI kits to IDP families in coordination with local councils. 
  • We're providing Protection services to IDP families, particularly for women and children.
