TaDā Wellness with Avery Burton Foundation

Tamara and Dana are long-term educators who have worked with all types of learners  (hands-on, visual, auditory, ADHD, ASD, unmotivated, eager) and know how to modify our methods to help people understand and comprehend. We listen, build connection, engage, and make learning fun. We both recognize that whole-being wellness is the most valuable thing in this life. That is why we started TaDā Wellness. We want to empower others to nourish positive lifestyle habits.

Our services include 1:1 health coaching, as well as Do-It-Together (DIT) Workshops for  both corporate and personal team-building and personal growth.
