Thelma was dumped by her family in North Carolina and left to fend for herself. She was found by a good samaritan and brought to safety. Just like Tasha, she is sweet, loving, and dog friendly, but she is also a black bully mix, and there is almost no hair on over half of her body. Please help us get this girl healthy so she can shine like the diamond that she is.
