2020 Arizona Tax Credit Campaign

More than half of Arizona children (51%) live in low income families and nearly half (48%) of their parents do not have full time employment. Our mission is to end the cycle of poverty for Arizona families by cultivating the entrepreneurial spirit in Arizona youth. By providing entrepreneurship and leadership training, our students have a far greater opportunity for success. In turn, their children and families will be better positioned to not only be successful, but help others in their community to achieve similar levels of success.

Over 90% of our funding comes from Arizona taxpayers in the form of Arizona Charitable Tax Credit Donations. This program allows taxpayers to make a contribution to the Aspiring Youth Academy and receive a dollar-for-dollar tax credit on their Arizona tax return. This results in a net-zero cost to the donor for our support. Maximum tax credit donations are $421 for single filers and $841 for married couples who file a joint return.
