Thank you to everyone who has supported me. Â I ran my first half marathon in Los Angeles in January and finsihed in 2:15. Â I also ran the Riverbank run 10k in May and finished in 44:53 and finished 2nd in the 13u division and 101st overall out of more than 3300 runners.

My name is Max I am a 7th grader at Allendale Middle School. I am raising money for the Jason Kinzler Family First Foundation. This will be my 6th year running and raising money. So far in 5 years I have raised almost $20,000 to help families in my community. The money raised helps a family that lost their mom or dad. They can pay for food and house and many other things. It can be a very hard time for a family and if we can make it easier for them we should do it.
This year I want to raise $5,000. This is a lot but I know we can do it!!!
I will be running 2 races this year. I will be running my first half marathon in Los Angeles in February and I will be running the 10k riverbank run in Grand Rapids in May. I might run more but those are the 2 I am signed up for now.
I like to play sports and be with my friends. I play baseball, football, basketball, and track. I want to go to Notre Dame for college and then play in the MLB.
