Anaheim Workshops - Stadium H.S. Performing Arts

We are trying to raise money to reduce the overall cost for the band, choir, orchestra and theatre students at Stadium High School to participate in workshops hosted by Disney Performing Arts.  Students will use state of the art equipment and work with industry experts to rehearse, record and produce  a piece of music.  Your generous contribution will make this experience more accessible to a greater number of students.  Thank you so much for your support.

"As a student at Stadium High School, I have experienced the family and pure joy that choir has brought me and those around me. Whether it be through the music we sing or my classmates, I am able to feel a sense of belonging no matter what. Choir has aided me with immense growth as a musician and my character. I've been given so many opportunities in choir, but this May, my classmates and I have been given the chance to attend a trip with other choir, band, orchestra, and theatre students to California. We will be able to work with musicians in the Disney parks and experience first hand what they deal with as professionals. I am personally very intrigued by this as my career and would like to continue to sing for the rest of my life. It has been a profession that I have been very passionate about and I would really love to be able to learn as much as I can while I am there. This is an opportunity of a lifetime and I am willing to do whatever it takes to go. "Being able to go on this trip with such talented, hard working, passionate and dedicated musicians and getting the amazing opportunity to do a workshop with Disney is such a dream come true. I have always had a profound love and deep connection to the performing arts since I was young, and my Stadium choir and theatre experience has changed me for good. I can't imagine my life without being surrounded by music or being on stage acting. Being able to do a performance related workshop with one of the biggest companies in the world would mean that I get to showcase the skills that I already have, and learn so much more of what it's like to be a performer for a living; what the environment is like, working with other professionals in the field, how it all works and comes together.
