Oakdale Walk-a-thon 2025

Welcome to our annual Walk-a-Thon and thank you for your support.

Here is a little bit of backstory as to why we send our 3 boys to Oakdale Academy. We enrolled our children at Oakdale 3 years ago after we had pulled our oldest son, Peter, out of kindergarten at the local public school as it did not seem to be aligning with our values or providing a very high quality education. We found both of those at Oakdale… strong, traditional Christian values, and some really excellent teachers who are dedicated to their students and offering a really strong academic foundation. One of the key selling points for us is the God centered curriculum that Oakdale emphasizes. 

We are looking forward to an exciting school year and are starting strong with new school supplies, smiling faces, and… a fundraiser. On October 16, Oakdale will be hosting our annual Walk-a-Thon. This year, our school has undertaken the replacement of the 60+ year old roof and some major HVAC repairs that are best done while the roof is off. Our fundraising efforts are going towards this lofty goal. Our individual family goal is to raise $5,800 and we are very grateful for your help, be it by your prayers or monetary contributions.
