In 2019 Sgt. Elena Deuchler and Crime Prevention Ofc. Jim Pacetti (Oak Lawn retired) represented the Naperville Police Department on the 15th Annual Cycle Across Illinois benefiting Illinois Concerns Of Police Survivors. This summer they will be joined by Sgt. Tim Black, Det. Mike Courterier, Ofc. Katie Negley, Ofc. Mike Sailer and Patricia Saccone (law enforcement supporter).
The 2020 Cycle Across Illinois is July 16th – 19th and will cover 375 miles from Alton to Woodstock. Making a stop for a night in Naperville at North Central College.
During the ride, we will honor and remember the Officers we lost in 2019 and we will also be remembering one of our own, Naperville Chief of Police Robert Worthel End of Watch: September 24, 1927.
