Pete and Harvey Raising $$ for Animals in Need

At PAWS Atlanta, animals with nowhere else to turn are given the chance to truly thrive. 

Rescued animals endure all types of circumstances before arriving at PAWS Atlanta, and each one needs to be nurtured in order to to be safe and sound in a forever home. Pets arrive at PAWS Atlanta for a variety of reasons. This year more than ever, many are left at our gate to fend for themselves, like Wheelbarrow, who was abandoned at the gate hungry and alone. 

So far in 2022, 154 dogs and cats have been abandoned at PAWS Atlanta’s front gate. Unfortunately, this challenge is not unique. Shelters across the country are experiencing some of the highest numbers of abandoned and surrendered animals on record. Many are overflowing.

The mission of PAWS Atlanta is particularly close to my heart because of my two adopted pups, Pete and Harvey. They bring so much joy to my life and I can't imagine life without them (or where they might be if they weren't rescued by similar organizations like PAWS).
