We were contacted by our ladies in Arkansas about a litter of pups that were born on the street and now of age to have their own babies. 1 of which was already pregnant. We knew we needed to help get these girls off the street to end the cycle.

We worked with the lady who was taking care of them to slowly bring the girls up here 1 by 1 as we had space. They were all timid as they had never lived in a home and their social interactions with humans with limited to the one lady who had been feeding them.

So far, 3 girls and 2 puppies have joined us here in STL with the last one on her way soon.

The babies will now grow up in the comfort of a home, and not grow up on the street like their mom. Their mom, Gilly, will now never have another litter. She's only about a year old so she not gets the chance to be a young pup and enjoy life outside of motherhood.

Her sister, Missy, is undergoing heartworm treatment currently and will hopefully be healthy soon and on her way to a forever home.

Bobbie, the first sibling to make her way here, is still adjusting to socializing in her foster home and learning how to dog from her foster siblings.

All these girls are feeling very grateful to learn how to be house dogs. They have all been learning about toys, and walks, and long naps on a comfy couch.

We are looking forward to watching their journey and seeing them thrive. We are very happy to end the cycle and not let these girls have anymore babies and let them focus on being young, playful pups ❤️

Your donations today go to our sweet family of beagle babies; Missy, Bobbie, Gilly and her two babies Jack and Jill. They will also go to the last sibling when she makes her way up here. These donations will get everyone fully vaccinated, dewormed, spayed, and through heartworm treatment.

We are 100% volunteer based so all donations go directly back to our dogs. We have no paid staff.
