Healthcare can be intimidating and confusing, especially in times of personal health crisis. This is particularly true for immigrants, who struggle more in navigating unfamiliar bureaucracy and language barriers. The Shira Pransky Project exists to address the frustrations of the English speaking Oleh, before, during and after difficult times.

Funds raised by #teamshira go towards awareness initiatives for English speaking Olim to understand how to access their rights and find support in the Israeli Healthcare system. Our efforts include direct personal guidance as well as translating and updating healthcare related content for publishing on Israeli organizations' websites, in print, and on shirapranskyproject.org.
