Tinker needs surgery

Tinker was surrendered at a local shelter with heath issues. Tinker is a sweet, loving boy who needs a forever home once his health issues are resolved with surgery. He drops specks of blood when he defacates. After seeing four different veterinarians and trying holistic herbs, the issue still persists.  There is a piece of skin that protrudes out, bleeds and goes back inside.
