3 Bridges for Lila Kate

My last race of 2018 will be a big one - and not just because it is on my 47th birthday.

I'm running the Little Rock (Arkansas) Three Bridges Marathon and I'm doing it to raise funds for the I Love Lila Kate foundation.

The I Love Lila Kate foundation was started in memory of Lila Kate, a 4 year old in Hot Springs Arkansas who passed away at age 4 from a heart & respiratory condition.

Lila Kate lived her short life with so much love for those around her, overcoming every challenge that life threw at her: from a diagnosis of Down Syndrome at birth, to several heart and breathing issues, Lila Kate showed everyone around her what Love was all about.

Her spirit lives on through a 501-c-3 (non-profit) foundation started by her family.

The I Love Lila Kate Foundation has raised and donated over $100,000 to other non-profits in the Hot Springs area including organizations like those below.
