Greene Team - Cape Cod Alzheimers Walk

My dad worked hard his entire life for his family. He is an amazing husband, father, and grandfather. It is heartbreaking to watch what this disease  does to the people who have it. The support that is given to him from the Alzheimers  Family Support group  has been a huge help. They have many resources and and support groups that my family benefit from. All of the services they offer are free and fundraisers like this walk are important for the people who use these services. All donations are being matched dollar for dollar by an anonymous donor.
