As you may be aware, I have been an ardent supporter and Board member of WomenShelter of Long Beach for almost 30 years. I hope you’ll consider making a donation of any amount to help us end the vicious cycle of domestic violence.  Your donation would mean so much to us, especially since the Long Beach Grand Prix Foundation has agreed to match all donations up to $5,000!  Like virtually all not-for-profits, we face severe funding cuts from the Federal government so your generous support means more than ever.

Your support provides life-changing youth services like our Building Healthy Relationships programs in schools, peer support groups and annual Youth Conference. These prevention programs empower young people to recognize abuse, choose respect, and break the cycle of relationship violence.
