Costa Rica Mission March (Lisa)

I am stepping out of my comfort zone and will go to Costa Rica on a mission.   I am supporting my cousin, Paulette Thabualt, on a medical Mission brigade with Corner of Love (COL) at their mission in Costa Rica.  COL serves refugees from Nicaragua and neighboring Latin American countries, who are fleeing violence and poverty in their homeland.   Paulette, a nurse practitioner and educator, is organizing this trip and it will be her ninth mission leading a team with COL.  Another team scheduled for this week had to cancel last minute, so I am helping to fill this need.  I am looking for donations to support this mission.  The dates are March 1 – 7.  Your donations support the mission and help purchase medicine, food and humanitarian supplies to support refugees and displaced individuals and families from Nicaragua and other Latin American countries.   For those who live locally (in the Syracuse, NY area), donations of new or gently used light clothing and old sneakers are also welcome (email me at lisadruke@gmail.com for clothing donations).  All donations are tax deductible including supplies and a receipt will be provided.
