Welcome to Team Bel-Eve — that’s Belinda + Evelin — PPV’s Development & Communications duo — and we believe in turning possibilities into achievements for children with visual impairments and their families.
What does that mean? Well, it means…
…a mom who just learned her baby is blind doesn’t have to face that news alone. She has a caring professional by her side at the doctor’s appointment, helping explain the diagnosis, answering her questions, and giving her hope for what’s possible.
…it means a visually impaired child gets his first pair of glasses through PPV, and suddenly the world comes into focus.
…and it means a teen gets the right low vision device so she can keep up in school, build confidence, and dream big about the future.
