Greater Life Inc. Teen Leadership Initiative (TLI)

To offer effective Teen Youth Workers Leadership Training and Employability to foster healthy development of 35 Youth of Newark, NJ negatively impacted by pandemic and city life concerns; to be mentored and trained by seasoned staff, mentors/board members, professional social workers, case management workers, and other volunteers; to become positive role models in society as they assist Virtual and Hybrid programmatic community efforts; to ultimately assist impacting 1,500 youth, parents, family members and seniors of Newark, NJ.
