Jessy's Surgical Trip: Colombia Edition

🇨‍🇴This year we head to the capital of salsa dancing: Cali, Colombia! 💃

Our team of orthopedic surgeons, pediatric anesthesiologists, nurses, and scrub techs are coming together once again to provide life-changing orthopedic care to kids. 

Cali was hit by a 7.4 magnitude earthquake in August 2026. We will be collaborating with the local team to care for some of those patients in addition to doing surgeries that might otherwise be less available to the community. 

A new hospital partnership comes with unknown challenges but it also opens up new opportunities for long-term learning for us and the local teams. Your donations will go far this year as we work hard to establish a long lasting relationship with them.
